Patrick has a reputable history of salvaging and growing businesses in the staffing industry on both the east and west coasts. He earned a BS Degree in Business Management from New Jersey City University, along with an MBA specializing in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Additionally, Patrick has held positions as Vice President of the North West Operations for Student Transportation of America in California, Business Development Manager/ Branch Manager for Kelly Services in Oakland California, Regional Director of the Pacific Coast for Staffing Network, LLC, and District Manager for Labor Ready Inc. in Northeast New Jersey and California. His strengths include extensive sales and management experience, guerrilla marketing skills, plus a keen entrepreneurial sense. His passions are leading by example, motivating his team to achieve the extraordinary, and being totally committed to his clients on a 24 hour, 7-day per week basis.

Louis Dancer is a native of Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Morehouse College in May of 2015 with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Louis' past experiences include working as an executive intern for The J.C.Penney Company Incorporated, an E-commerce intern for Macy's Incorporated and as a full-time business planning distribution analyst with the Ralph Lauren Corporation in New York City, NY. Additionally, Louis is earning his Executive MBA, Master of Business Administration from The Howard University Graduate School of Business, Global Online Campus.
